Will this radio work on the Motorola Phase 1 MPSCS in Michigan? the flashcode is 500008-000480-9. I have a buyer that wants to buy the radio from me and get it affiliated (as he is allowed with his FD) with the system but he and I are unsure if it will work with that syatem.
