I ordered the ARCXT Pro software from scanner master and was sent ARC996-Pro. and since scannermaster said they cant do returns on software due to the fact its easy for people to copy, and butel doesnt care other than to tell me to contact scannermaster yet again i am straight out of luck and money.... but if anyone wants the ARC996-PRO software its free, just pay for shipping.
