Programming DMR simplex

Could anyone walk me through programming a simplex DMR channel into an XPR6550/4550 radio? If you could just list what should be in each box down the page, that would be great. I can't get anything to transmit, never programmed DMR before. Let's call the licensed frequency 450.0000 for explanation sake. This isn't to be integrated into an existing network, but looking to digitize an old analog simplex frequency.
