Radio Service Providers Question SFV SCV

I am looking for someone who has a repeater or repeaters that can reach from the area of the Angeles Shooting Range/Wildlife Waystation to The Henry Mayo Area. I'm looking to buy some radios that can make the trip relatively soon? Any help would be appreciated. If this forum is the wrong location please let me know.
