The RR Database lists the SD City 800MHz system as a Type II SmartZone, not Smartnet system. Is this correct? Looking at some very old analog Spectra's programmed back in the 90's, they actually are set-up as AMSS for the City system. I remember back in the days when the system was first put in service, the control channel group would only have talkgroups such as far south, far north, and some selected FD talkgroups. I see there is a San Pasqual CC, wonder how that works and what the coverage is.
