ARC96

I am Fairly new to programming scanners with software but anyway I purchased ARC96 software from Radioshack to program my Pro 2096 and Pro 96 . Anyway I know how to input information in the software for uploading and how to import from RR the main trouble I am having is trying to copy and paste. Every time I try to copy a list of frequencies or Talk Groups and paste them into the fields it will not do it. Am I missing a step somewhere ? According to the manual I should be able to copy and past but it will not let me do it.



Any Help would be greatly appreciated
