Well looks like Fox Gap Communications from Bethlehem has single repeater set up at
Antennas:

Stroundsburg, PA MONROE County
WQSC780 - 463.7250 Bethlehem, Pa
PL77.0 was being used for testing this evening, and earlier today. During snow storms sounded like a township was operating the system and another private company.
Just weird to see a conventional repeater being used for "Lease" purposes any more. Most in this area are LTR systems.
Kinda miss the old days of searching.. Just thought share the find.
