Have listened to the traffic, infrequent as it may be, and 453.2500 is not the Cuyahoga Co. Jail. 453.2500 used to be Cuyahoga Co. Protective Services before they went to the GCRCN. It sounds like custodial type services, but definitely not Jail Ops. The current Jail radio system is a low powered system and utilizes one frequency for numerous radios for all operational traffic.
