Beginning January 15 Kingston will be dispatching Loyalist Fire, Napanee Fire and Stone Mills Fire. They have been testing voice paging for a couple weeks. I have also seen some POCSAG pager tests on Kingstons paging frequency of 155.610. I've talked to some of the affected members and it looks like alpha paging is in their near future for them.
