I had a real knock down drag out argument on Metrorail today with a rail buff who claimed that it was scientifically proven to be "IMPOSSIBLE" to touch, grab, fall against or even make pee pee on the 3rd rail & even feel a buzz much less get cooked when the train is not in the station, well Toro, what say you to this?
