I have a very P/S TIGER 40, She is a great performing AM only radio. I don't have any issues with her but recently I decided to hit the internet just to see what is out there on this little cat.
One thing I did notice is that most search engines swing you towards the TIGER40A. WHY ?
There does not seem to be much on this version/variant of the name. I did notice that P/S really must have liked the TIGER name as apposed to other names they used.. There are so many variants Tiger 23 23C 40 MARK 2 40A just to name a few.
Does any one know or can shed some light as to why this name was so important to P/S ??
