I am not familiar with this technology, but was listening to TPD and OHP track a stolen car
using LoJack - a system that finds the signal of a stolen car based on their plate number.
Anyone know more about this technology? I assume that with its use, a officer can
immediately gain information about anyone, immediately, based on this technology,
as well as the ability to track a person's location (without their knowledge)
I am wondering if this is a "good thing" (so to speak), or, a "slippery slope" privacy issue...
