People that live in the philly area, are their any actve loca ifb tv frequencies that are active? In addition to answering that part of my question, can someone answer this? Kyw tv is listed online as their ifb is on 450.1875 and 455.1875, can someone confirm if this is active or not? All of my tv frequencies are dead, since several tv stations use cell phones for communication. If you don't want to post a reply online, please just message me with the info.
