So, according to the rumour, and documented info on the ottawa.ca, Bell Mobility won the contract for OPS. And they are currently, according to rumour, going through radio upgrades to P25.

Which also begs the obvious questions? Is Fleetnet deploying new tower sites? Are there any brand new P25 capable systems in the works? What current systems could support a huge client like OPS?
