Grant County Fire Department Dispatch Frequency

On 07/13/2014, I monitored the Grant County Sheriff's Office dispatching fire department tone-outs for the Grapevine Volunteer Fire Department on 154.0250 MHz which is listed in the Database Description as "Sheriff - VHF Dispatch" and Tag as "Law Dispatch." Is that accurate or should it be "Fire Dispatch?" Or, is Grant County doing something else like multi-casting?
