PWC tower issues on western end?

Anyone having issues picking up the PWC Project 16 system in the west end? Picking up Man/Man Pk ok but PWC is silent besides 2 random transmissions off the East Dispatch TGRP. Online feeds sound normal but I'm pretty sure those are sourced from the eastern side.



ETA: Seems the east dispatch TGRP was irrelevant after watching a PWC wildcard, it's just that I must have picked up the system for a brief moment when east dispatch was talking. Not able to lock onto the system at all.
