Minitor vi programming

I have a Motorola minitor vi pager and I was curious on the best way to program the pager for my needs. My Department pages off 2 Frequencies and our county pages off another frequency. I would like to be able to be alerted on all the freq. so that would be 3 different frequency channels and 3 different tone sets. I don’t think its possible to scan and alert on all 3 at once or is it? What would be the best way to program the pager.
