Hoboken EMS is dispatched on whichever police frequency is being used as "emergency dispatch" - Hoboken alternates between F1 and F2. I've never heard any activity on the 471.525 frequency.
Guttenburg Fire frequency is not in use as Guttenburg is covered by North Hudson Regional Fire & Rescue. Union City is also served by NHRFR.
