P25 And Phase I or II Designation In Databases ?

Hello,



What an incredible asset the databases are.



Monitor the Boston and Framingham, Mass. areas. Pretty much everything and anything.



Trying to decide on a new Uniden HP1 or 2.



Seems as if the only difference is the Phase II capability on the brand new Home Patrol 2.



So, am trying to determine how much, if any, Phase II is in my area.



The databases show P25 for many of my area frequencies, but not if Phase 1 or II.



Do I assume that if Phase II is not explicitly stated, it is Phase 1 ?

So, anything that (just) says P25 is Phase 1 ?

Any other way to determine, or the above is adequate ?



Is there a writeup anywhere that discusses the Phase II implementation for my area, such as

when and who would be adapting ?
