Standard LTR System Question

I am staying at the Hard Rock Hotel (once was Cherokee Casino) I was looking up their frequencies

and found this link:

I have a BCD396XT, and have the option to program LT, but decided to program

it as CONV (conventional) As you will see in the link, there are items missing.............





Also, what exactly is this system? Is it trunked? I am simply not familiar with

how to program this (or rather) the best way to simply listen to the system.
