Drivers for BC396XT Uniden Police scanner

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased an Uniden BC396XT Police scanner for my husband for Christmas and wanted to program our local frequencies into it for him. It came with a cable but was serial port for 10 year old computer. Purchased the cable with USB but everyone said to get correct driver for the cable. I have Freescan downloaded. Where do I go for the correct driver?
