New Owner BCD996XT Need help Programming

I am new owner - BCD996XT - I downloaded the Freescan, played with programming scanner. I am able to pull from Radio Reference no problem. I got the statewide which looks like truck system and the TGID loaded so I can here all police stuff. I am not very clear other stuff like Tone Outs, etc.



I would like to learn this stuff but wonder if anyone can create me file for download - might be easier than trying to teach me.
