Fav List No Longer working

i am having a prob with my Scanners Both the 536 and 436 when ever it updates from the software no fav list works no matter what i do What the heck can i do to fix this? i have try to use both BCDx36HP_Sentinel and ARC536BASIC still no fav lists i am geting tired of this Glitch never used to o this when i first got the scanners
