Can any one answer if dmr repeaters have restricted access on as standard on the dmars website makes no ref to this just that you have repeater confic set and have your requested your id before you transmit I have read that amature dmr is not ment to have encryption as its against the spirit of amature radio to be open there's no sensitive talk on there it's amature radio because I'm unable hear anything on my dp3400 on rx only any ideas as to why.
