Hello All.
I have a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller network card in my custom built Windows 7 Home Premium desktop computer. I think that an electric power surge or a power outage that occurred corrupted the software drivers for this card, because when I looked in Device Manager in Control Panel it said This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) (Ive been using a Linksys wireless N adapter for internet access since this happened. Im a Rogers Hi-speed internet user on this desktop computer). My T.V. cable service also went out. Can anybody recommend a good website that can remotely diagnose and fix this problem? I was on Realtek's website and sent them an e-mail about this but I havent heard back from them yet.
Thanks Sheldon.
