Is there any (legal) way for Uniden to add a real Tune mode to a scanner? The closest available is the Quick Frequency Entry function on the HomePatrol series. Unfortunately, that does not include finding CTCSS, DCS, NAC or trunking information. Does GRE hold the patent on the only way to accomplish this?
