Strange pirate station, cannibalism etc.. 102.3 FM south florida

This is the strangest station I have ever heard, it sounds like some kind of cult broadcasting, some pastor guy talking about cannibalism etc.. They are transmitting outdoors because I can hear the sound of the wind hitting the microphone



anyone know what this station is?
