MD FIRST - Not shwoing in EZ Scan or FreeSCAN

In the past few weeks, I have noticed that MD FIRST has not been showing in either EZ Scan or FreeSCAN.

I noticed that on the MD State page, it does not display at the bottom like VA STARS or WV WVIRP does.

Also, the designator for mode is "T" for TDMA; unsure if this is the issue.
