Looking to supplement income

I've been really pinching pennies these past couple of months and selling things off. Now with the holidays approaching I'm looking for a relatively laid back job that couple help me supplement $100-$200 a week. Here's the problem, I work in public safety, a high stress job that is pretty much unpredictable. My work hours are 3pm-11pm Saturday to Wednesday, I have Thursday/Friday off. What unpredictable is that I can mandated OT after my shift usually from 11pm-3am which I don't mind but sometimes also from 11am-3pm before shift or even an entire 16 hour shift. I'm looking for something with flexibility.

6+ years in EMS/Police

Associate degree in Science (Info Tech) looking to pursue further once student debt is paid off.
