Hello dues how are ya??



I just have an interesting question.....Something I was thinking about (I often wonder about things,explore,etc) and I figured you guys who are most into radio (LIKE ME) might know.....



I often hear repeaters on FM but I havent ever heard one on the AM mode......



Would it work?? Say if a repeater was on 147.000 on the AM SIDE .. If it was PLed,i assume it would work??



Anyone ever experimented and tried this??







Also if a repeater was on FM and someone transmitted into it ON THE AM MODE and someone else was listening ON AM,would the machine process the AM signal correctly so the other AM RECEIVER would hear it right?? (Even though its on FM)





You guys know what im driving at right??
