Digital scanner for NJ

I'm looking to finally get a digital scanner. I need something that will receive:



1. NJICS system (including TDMA talk groups)

2. Jersey City TRS

3. West Orange TRS (EDACS analog)



Will this scanner work for all 3:

The price is right at $349. I really don't want to spend more than that.
