PL added to Ozaukee Co. paging

I have noticed this past month that the Ozaukee Co. paging frequency of 155.100 for Cedarburg & Pt. Washington fire and ems has a PL of 156.7. The PL is only active during the voice dispatch and not during the tones. As long as I can remember, this frequency has never used subaudible tones.
