BCD996XT MOSWIN p25

Qustion about MOSWIN, P25 didgital trunk system.

Not picking up the traffic even when you lock on to a single talk group.



If you compare the scanner and my fire dept radio, the scanner will sometimes only pick up some of the traffic, somethimes all of it and somethimes none.



Any ideas.
