I have had a terrible time receiving a simulcast multi site system. I recently moved a yagi antenna, that is tuned to the frequency, into the attic. I have read so much info on this issue that I am more confused than ever.
My question to you smart people is: What is more important when trying to get the best un-garbled signal, the near constant display of the "T" when scanning, a very high % while in analyze mode, or more signal strength bars whale scanning?
The site is question is this link, Site 2
Overlay Regional InterOperability Network (ORION) Trunking System, Various, Virginia - Scanner Frequencies
I know I am getting close since it sounds better than with my ST2 on the roof. However one scanner is on the ST2 and the "T" is there 90% of the time, there the second scanner on the yagi is flashing on and off (and also the signal strength bars)
Hope this is not too confusing
