CC sound heard on 452.4750

Twice this evening between 11:00 pm and 11:15 pm my scanner stopped on 452.4750 and emitted what sounded like the Control Channel sound of a Moto Type II trunk system.



My scanner has 452.4750 listed as a Cleveland Air Show Vendor frequency.



Any ideas?
