Springfield City Bus on 452.700 let there FCC license expire recently but however they are still using the repeater. Under the new subcontractor to run the service in behalf of the city, they recently changed there radio system to ICOM NXDN from what it sounds like (although it could be Mototrbo without usung DSD to verify). The dispatcher is still analog using PL 88.5 but the bus mobiles only are using NXDN through the repeater. A semi duplex analog and digital type operation.
