Need help

I have had a pro 197 for a couple of years and now all of a sudden it has trouble picking up info. When I turn it on it can take up to 15 minutes before any thing is there and then it seems to be fine and when I hit manual button to lock on to transmission it then will do the same thing even though I know they are talking I don't get anything.

I use the Psredit500 program and it never has been any problems.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
