When I bought the scanner i planed to mount it in my truck. I ordered the Sleeve kit from Uniden. It was supposed to have the sleeve and two tools to unlock it from the sleeve so that I could pull it out. It arrived with out the two tools. I contacted Uniden , told them about the missing parts, they said that they would send them. I got the package and opened it only to find that there was only another sleeve and no tools. Has anyone had this happen to them. I want to mount this scanner but Uniden is making it very difficult.
