Wall Adapter

I just received the BC75XLT scanner and I love it. Where I live I don't need anything fancy or expensive to get police, fire and ems so it was affordable for me. My question is does anyone know if I buy a wall adapter for it will that allow to use it plugged into the wall instead of using the batteries all the time?
