Scanning GSMNP NPS freqs

I mean, I see the freqs on Federal Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference but there is nothing there when scan them in the park. Buzzing.



Also I don't see these in the ARC500 software on the import doo-dad.



Using a Pro 651 scanner.
