Uniden BCD436HP SD CARD ??

Hi



Just bought a BCD436HP but it always comes up with error message



" SD card file Error "



use essentials to erase user data ..



have tried with two different SD cards but still same .... what to do ?



I am also useing the " Sentinel software for the same model but its would not work...





Anyone have a idea how to fix this ??
