TK 7180H Keyd Mic

Hey All,



I have the above mentiond radio. I ordered a key'd mic (KMC-30) and it doesn't work. Do i have to get the dealer to turn it on, or do I need a different model? I don't want to order another one unless it's the right one. Please help.
