I live on the St. Louis side of the river and am pretty familiar with who dispatches what and on what system. St. Clair County and Madison County on the Illinois side I am pretty clueless. Who is on Starcom? What old frequencies are still active and in use? Does anyone have a "clean" sentinal file for my 536hp that someone can give me for those counties? Much appreciated if anyone does.
