Sentinel "Update Master HPDB ..." via a proxy server?

I'm working at a site that only allows internet access via proxy servers. All FTP and HTTP traffic gets routed through an internal proxy before being allowed out onto the internet.



Is there a way to configure Sentinel using a proxy address (i.e.: http://ift.tt/1zvREUg)?



Don't see an obvious way to do this in Sentinel and Sentinel doesn't appear to honor the FTP_PROXY environment variable.
