Just looking to get back into scanning.. As basic a question I can ask- what can I buy off the shelf locally to cover most of my scanning needs?? Air, police, fire, motobro etc. Basically if it's used in Iowa I'd like to potentially be able to hear it. Sorry if this is a "bad" or naive question.
