Fleetnet for Essex County Antenna recommendation

Hey guys im looking into buying a better antenna for my BCD996XT. Im not sure why but a few times the OPP have temporarily cut out for 5-10 minutes and im not sure if its because my antenna is failing or not. I planned to run cable out my window onto the roof or into the attic. What antenna is best for fleetnets 142.*** Mhz frequencies? And can anyone explain how to prioritize channels on my 996XT? I only listen to channels 8272 (opp) and 37502 (ems) but If both channels are talking at once Id rather 8272 (opp) be first priority over ems. Thanks and merry christmas
