Fairfax Project 25 scanable with new BCD536?

I am looking to buy the BCD536 and live in eastern Loudoun county dear Dulles. Can I listen to Fairfax "Project 25" police and fire with the BCD536? Previously I had the HP-1 and picked up very little Project 25 police and no fire. I noticed RR listed Fairfax Project 25 as mode "digital". Before I spend $500 on a new scanner I want to be sure I can listen to all the Fairfax County action.
