Database sequencing out of order

When viewing the Minnesota ARMER database information,

(ref webpage: Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response (ARMER) Trunking System, Various, Minnesota - Scanner Frequencies)'

under the category, "Hennepin County - Municipalities Talkgroups",

the information displayed is sorted by Description, not by DEC, as are the other categories.

If this could be corrected, it would be much appreciated.
