Belmont County

Can anyone help me, I have a Radio Shack pro 197 scanner and for the last month it has not made a peep. I heard there may of been a change in our area but I'm new at this and positive. I use ScanCat software that came with it but it's from 2009. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also is there anyone local here that can do programming?



Does anyone know if the home patrol units work in the county, my father likes to have one for Christmas.
