HP1 Extreme Custom List?

I have the extreme software but have no idea how to access or program the custom list to put ham freqs in to monitor.

I can see the custom box and can select it with a check but it still stays dim and have no way to add personal freqs into a custom list?

I'm sure it's simple but beyond my knowledge.
